Stones, boulders and mulches add a completely different dimension to any garden, as many of our customers are discovering.

There is a huge movement towards using stones in our modern gardens, because of their very versatile and practical benefits.

At TENDERCARE we have a beautiful range of decorative stones which include pebbles, cobbles and paddlestones, slates for scree beds and mulching.

Stones are sometimes used to re-create dry river beds or to enhance areas which would benefit from textural variation and would complete a transitional area within a garden. They also provide a semi permeable layer of landscaping to give good drainage. Increasingly, small stones are being used as mulches to protect plant beds, retain moisture and prevent weed growth.
