You will feel entitled to regard them as an investment, especially if you have paid a great deal of money for them. Like any other investment, they need a little tender loving care to ensure they are maintained in healthy condition.

You are welcome to contact us at any time if you have concerns about the well-being of the plants you have purchased from us. You can either describe the symptoms or send a photograph of the plant, together with any other information which might help us. Alternatively we can visit you.

As an ISO 9002 accredited firm, our customers have the benefit of carefully devised procedures which allow us to trace the history of each plant we sell.

Every batch is recorded with details of where it came from and when, and this information can be extracted very quickly. This traceability enables us to highlight issues quickly, and identify any common threads.
