How to care for your investment

Every plant supplied by TENDERCARE has been professionally grown for many years, so we encourage our customers to follow guidelines to help establish their plants successfully in their own garden.

A plant should be sufficiently watered to ensure it does not dry out. However, 'little and often' is not always the right way forward. We usually advocate that every plant is well watered periodically, according to its individual needs.

Some plants thrive better in moist conditions, while others prefer only well drained soil away from shaded parts. Every plant is labelled distinctly, with easy-to-follow advice on how to help it flourish in the right environment.

In the meantime, our landscaping team will advise you on watering your trees and will install irrigation systems if appropriate.
