All plants planted by our landscape team carry an establishment warranty which varies in its length depending on what time of year the plants went it.

When planting occurs during the growing season (mid-March to end September), the warranty period is two months from supply. Stock planted outside the growing season is guaranteed until the middle of the following May. Extended warranties are available for up to 12 months.

During that time it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure stock is watered sufficiently. In the meantime, TENDERCARE’s experts can visit your garden and monitor your plants, making adjustments where necessary and identifying any future requirements.

Plants not planted by us cannot be covered by any warranty, express or implied as we have no control over the plants once they have left our hands.

We aim to provide the best possible service to our customers and this includes an effective complaints procedure that ensures complaints are dealt with in a positive and fair manner. We also internally review our systems as a result of any complaint received.
