Tree and Shrub Nursery Sales

Tendercare, one of the leading suppliers of specimen plants in the UK for over 30 years, has an amazing opportunity for a proactive and charismatic sales person to join our Sales Team.
About the role
Based at our nursery in Denham, Middlesex, your role will be to assist our customers in finding exactly what they need to transform their gardens. Much of your time will be spent out in the nursery. Tendercare also offer warrantied planting and a variety of garden planning and design services about which you will advise our customers. Depending on your experience and training you may be personally carrying out site visits to ascertain our clients’ requirements. We have an in-house CAD service which can express your recommendations. Using our phone-based APP you will be able to create suggested plant options both on customers sites and on the nursery.
Skills & Competencies
In order to be considered for this exciting role, it is essential that you have the following key skills and competencies:
- Over 10 years of experience with shrub and trees
- Good communication and customer facing skills.
- Customer or employer references
- Self-motivated and a strong team player
- A Horticultural qualification would be a distinct advantage.
- Competitive salary negotiable, EV use for site visits and OTE over £40,000 ++
