The “Autumn Sale” discount promotion is valid until 30.11.2023.
This promotion is open to customers who meet the following criteria:
New and existing customers, the information of whom has been retained on our database for the purposes of future contact.
The discounts offered under the Autumn Sale are:
- 30% off plants from our Through the Garden Gate range on orders totaling an excess of £1000 (including VAT) during the Promotion Period.
- Free installation of plants from our Where Maturity Matters range on orders totaling an excess of £2000 (including VAT) during the Promotion Period.
To avail the discount, customers must:
Meet the stated restriction of the Autumn Sale Promotion as set out in these Terms & Conditions.
The discount cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, offers, or discounts.
The discount is not applicable to:
Products existing outside of the specified ranges of the Autumn Sale. These products are decided entirely at the discretion of Tendercare Nurseries Ltd.
Delivery of our plants can be arranged by Tendercare (and/or our Transport partners) to most UK postcodes. A quotation will be provided at the time of enquiry.
Our regional operating area for our Garden Planning and Installation offer is London and the Home Counties. For enquiries outside these areas we work with trusted professional installation partners. Where a location is outside our area of operation additional charges may apply and will be advised in advance.
Our free installation assumes that the use of handling machinery is possible. Machinery will be hired locally to the site and charged at cost. We have allowed for access to the planting site to be within 80m of the delivery vehicle. We will provide a quotation for further distances if needed.
Where installation needs to be carried out without the use of machinery this may limit the size of the specimen selected and the installation charges may apply..
The need to protect surface and grass finishes is unique to each project and this will be quoted separately to meet the needs of your particular requirements.
A 12 week Establishment warranty is included on plants we install. An extended one year warranty can be purchased and includes a site visit at the end of the Establishment Warranty.
Delivery charges are specific to the plant sizes and your postcode and will be added at the time of order.
The Autumn Sale promotion is subject to availability and while stocks last.
The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
Tendercare Nurseries Ltd. reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time
without prior notice.
Tendercare Nurseries Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel the discount if it is suspected that a customer is abusing or misusing the promotion.
Any personal information collected during the promotion will be handled in accordance with our UK GDPR policy.
